Jigglypuff's cotton candy

I decided to make another Jigglypuff pic today. The reason why I drew her with some cotton candy is because I had some cotton candy ice cream sometime ago. It was awesome. So here's Jigglypuff with some yummy cotton candy. I added some balloons to add the fun to my pic. ^^
