Hey there everyone, I have no idea whether or not we should panic again, but reguardless, I'm posting this for the sake of my friend  www.tumblr.com/everybodyonthei… There's supposely a rumor where on Febuary 26th we have to vote where we'll be able to keep the internet the way it is or if it does happen, we'll end up getting a ruthlessly inefficient internet where ISPs get to pick and choose whose content gets priority, whose gets slowed down, and whose might never get transmitted at all. I wanna know, is this real or not? If it is real, then by all means go ahead and vote against the ISP and save our internet. Better safe then sorry, right?
