"It sure is a lovely day out." Emily, a 16 year old girl said as she gazed apon the lake shores of her familys small summer cottage. She couldn't beileve that her parents had finally gave her permission to spend the 7 day week by herself thanks to her getting such good grades at school.

"I think I'll take a walk around the lake first, then I'll spend a bit of time in the woods." Emily said to herself, having already decided on how she will spend her first day today. She took a step outside and smiled brightly as the warm sun gently shown on her blound hair as she walked around to the side of the lake. Once at her destination, she stared at the beautiful view of the sparkling waters that surrounded her cottage home. She would've gladly wanted to take a nice relaxing swim in the lake rivers, but she didn't really feel like doing that today. Suddenly, she heard what appeared to be a faint cry.

"What was that?" Emily asked to herself as she decided to go an investigate the noise, as she came closer to where it is, the noise then became louder. It sounded almost like someone or something was crying. As she finally came to where the noise is located, she gasped in horror in what she was seeing.

There were two Azurils crying in sadness and a Maril who appeared to have been their older sibling trying to comfort them, but it couldn't help but to weep in sadness as well and right next to them was the body of a dead Azumarill whom Emily guess that was their mother. She must've tried to fend off a wild Pokemon while trying to defend her babies, but has been greatly wounded and eventually died while saving them. Emily became sure the Marill and two Azurills would never survive in the wilds alone if she didn't do something about it.

"Those poor things." Emily thought sadly to herself as she began to approach them. "Hello there." Emily began to speak to them softly. The Marill and two Azurills turned their direction to Emily, all 3 of them had looks of confusion and fear on their faces.

"It's ok, I won't hurt any of you." Emily spoke kindly to them as she petted all 3 of them which seemed to have calmed them down a bit.

"Would you like to take care of you guys?" she asked them." I'll make sure that you all are well cared for." The two Azurils looked really happy about this, but the Marill still wasn't sure if it should trust her.

"I know I'm not your mother, but you're all badly injured, and I won't rest until all 3 of you are feeling much better." She told the Marill. "So how about it?"

Finally the Marill had a look of delight in it's eyes and it spoke it's name in happiness and cheered, so did the two Azurills. Emily giggled at the adorable scene and she proceeded to take the 3 Pokemon back to her cottage. However, little did she knew that she didn't find any ordinary Azurill and Marill, but some special ones who knew a little thing about magic.......

Emily had just entered back into the cottage and had place the Marill and two Azurills down, then she went to the restroom, picking up a fist aid kit, then she went to the kitchen to go get some Pokemon food for them. After this, she came back to the 3 Pokemon and used the first aid to tend to the Marill and Azurills wounds.

"There you go, that should tend to your wounds well." Emily told the 3 Pokemon with a smile. "Here you go, I bet you all must be hungry." Emily said as she placed the Pokemon food down where the Marill and two Azurill can reach them. Imedditely the 3 Pokemon went to scoop up the Pokemon and ate them all, enjoying the treats and having smiles on their face. Emily laughed at the adorable scene. taking care of Pokemon like these 3 sure was fun. Can be a bit tiring, but still fun.

Suddenly, the two Azurill then squirted her shirt with their Water gun attack, causing Emily's shirt to get all wet! Emily then had a stern look on her face.

"Now now, What you did to your poor caretaker is not nice!" Emily scolded them. But then, the elder Marill suddenly did the same thing as the two Azurill, making Emily even more wet then before!

"Marill! Don't encourage those two trouble makers!" Emily scolded, now even more mad then before, the Marill and Two Azurill gave her a look that said "Who, me? What did I do?" Sighing, Emily then start headed off to go change her shirt.

When Emily was just some distance away from the Azuril and Marill, She suddenly felt hungry as her stomach began to growl. "Strange, It isn't even lunch time yet I feel so hungry." Emily then shrugged and decided to go to the kitchen to get something to eat. When she entered the kitchen, she spotted some extra Oran berries on the table. Without even thinking, she went to scoop them up and eat them. She then realised what she was doing and spat them out.

"Yuck! Why was I eatting those right now? I'm not a Pokemon!" While she still had the taste of the Oran berries in her mouth, her stomach then felt very wierd and uncomfortable, as she decided to go soothe it, her eyes widened as she saw that her belly was now colored blue and she also had white dots on it too!

"Wh-What the heck?!" Emily cried out as she couldn't beileve what she was seeing right now. All of a sudden, Emily felt herself shrinking down. She almost lost her balance as she fell into the ground and then discovered that she had shrunken down to about 2'07 in height.

"Did I just shrunk?!" Emily thought to herself as she now felt a strange and painful feeling in both her hands and her feet. She gasped in horror as her hands were losing all of her fingers and shrank into stubs. She then looked down at her own feet only to discover that her feet were going under the same transformation as her hands. Feeling her shoes now too big for her, Emily was forced to take them off.

"How can this be?! Why is this happening to me?!" Emily shouted in a panic. She then caught her eye on the two Azurill and the Marill who arrived to watch what was happening.

"You! You did this to me, didn't you! Change me back!" Emily shouted at them, but the 3 Pokemon just smiled at her. Emily tired to run towards them to grab them, hit or yell at them some more, but she ended up tripping due to the fact she wasn't used to her new feet. Emily then felt a tingling sensation on her back side as she ended up growing a long tail with a small blue circle for the tip.

"This can't be happening!! I can't-Azu, Azu! Azumarill!" Emily then became even more frightened when she realized she couldn't talk anymore and can only speak the language of a real pokemon. Her body then inflated a bit to make her look a little bit like a balloon! Her green eyes then became black with a little bit of blue in it and her nose shrunk into a tiny black dot.

"But I won't want to be an Azumarill!" Emily thought while crying in tears as her blounde hair fell out of her head and was covered in blue fuzz as her ears then grew in size until they became rabbit like. When her transformation was nearly complete, something then started to enter her mind, like something that was trying to make her forget about her life as a human. Realizing what was happening to her, she struggled not to lose her memories of her former self.

"Mama? Are you ok?" one of the azurills, a female, talked to her.

"We're right here mom." The marl said to her.

"Mama?" Emily thought to herself. "Who is…..wait, haven't I heard that name before?" It was at that point that Emily was no longer able to keep all of her old memories as a human. While her former memories slowly but surely vanished from her mind, new memories came to her in there place. Yes, everything was coming back to her. She was an Azumarill who met and fell in love with a Male version of herself and together they married and had a son together, the Maril that was standing in front of her. For 5 years the 3 members of the family were happy together. But when she had two more children, the male and female azurill twins, a wild Luxray and it's pack of Luxio attacked the group. While she and her 3 babies managed to escape, the father of her children wasn't so lucky and died while trying to protect his mate and children from the group. Moraning for her husband, she attempted to move her babies to a safe location by the late and tried to move on with her life, dispute the fact it was not an easy thing to do. But 3 years later, she and her children were attacked again this time by a wild Mightyena. Not wanting to lose anymore members of the family, she steped in to try and fight against the Mightyena while telling her eldest son to get the twins away to safety. She remembered using her hydro pump against the beast, then she recalled The mightyena about to take a big bite of her, and then………..

As the last of Emily's new memories came in and as the last parts of her transformation were completed. Emily the mother Azumarill shook her head in confusion. What happened? She was going to be attacked by that Mightyena and now all of a sudden, she ended up here. Where was she anyway?

"Mama! Mama!" Emily heard two cheers in what she recognized as her two Azurill twins. She turned to see them in happiness.

"Mom! You're awake!" Her elder Marill son cheered in excitement.

"Oh, My 3 precious babies! I'm so glad you're all ok!" Emily rushed towards her children and gave them all a big hug as her 3 children hugged back. She was glad to see her children safe and sound.

"We're so happy to see you mom!" Emily's marl son told her.

"I'm glad to see you 3 too." The mother Azumarill agreed. But she then became confused. "But how did I end up here?" And where is that vicious Mightyena?

"Well…." Marill began to explain. "That Mightyena kept beating you up until you stopped moving, then he went on his way. My siblings and I came out of hiding and we all saw you really hurt. We didn't want to leave you here, so we tried to look for somewhere for help. The 3 of us managed to see this house. There was no one in there, but there were a lot of Oran berries in there so we used them to heal you all up."

"You healed up fast. You're now ok Mama!" The male Azurill said in happiness.

"Mommy is feeling better now." The Female Azurill agreed.

"Well, that was a very kind thing you 3 did for me." Emily nodded, but then she frowned. "But you should be more careful when entering human houses. You may never know when a bad human might be in there." The 2 Azurill and the Marill gave a sad look on there faces.

"Sorry mom, we won't do anything like that again." The male Marill told her. Emily looked at her children, then she smiled.

"Well then, I forgive you 3.  Marill, why don't we both teach the Azurills how to swim today?" Emily asked her son.

"That would be great mom." Marill agreed.

"Yay! Swimming!" The Female Azurill cheered.

"This will be so much fun!" the male Azurill agreed.

Emily and her 3 children then headed off to the exit of the house and started to find the lake to go swimming in. Emily smiled in how lucky she was in having 3 happy and healthy children. Her former life as a human being was now gone. She was a mother Azumarill to 3 happy children from then on.
